Baked Indianlife Wrap Chips with Red Pepper Hummus

This is a great appetizer, very healthy as the wraps are baked and the red pepper hummus is high in protein as well. Spelt is an ancient grain with modern benefits. Many people who can’t eat wheat find spelt easy to digest. Great nutty flavor, more B vitamins than wheat, iron and lots of heart healthy fiber also make spelt easy to love!
