1/2 cup roasted garlic hummus
Plain or Spinach Wraps
3 cups of salad greens assorted could include assorted red, yellow, green, orange peppers
3/4 cup of crumbled low fat feta cheese
few basil leaves
1/2 diced tomato
1/2 cup kalamata olives cut in half without pits
3 tablespoons of red wine vinaigrette
Procedure:
1.Spread 1/4 cup garlic hummus over each wrapper
2. Combine salad greens and the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well to coat. Top each wrapper with 2 cups salad mixture; roll up and secure with wooden picks. Cut in half. Enjoy.
